A number of source separation algorithms are developed utilizing the second-order statistics of the observed data and a priori knowledge of the model. A maximum-likelihood solution based on the second-order (and higher) statistics of the data is given. It is shown that the non-Gaussian case can be solved using the second- and the fourth-order statistics of the observed signals.
