A two stage solid propellant sounding rocket, with payload capacity up
to 150 kg is presented. Trajectory requirements for investigations of
artificial ionospheric irregularities in NE Brazil are discussed.
Software, including that used for impact prediction is described. Flight
experience confirms software and hardware reliability.
