Preliminary results of a morphological and spectroscopic analysis are presented for 120 objects selected from the Kazaryans' lists of galaxies with an ultraviolet excess. About two-thirds are spirals. The objects may be divided into five groups according to the morphological structures of the UV-excess region. Histograms are given for the distribution of the galaxies with absolute magnitude and with the lambda 6584(N II)/H(alpha) emission-line intensity ratio.
