Solar Radio Radiation: Fine Structure
Scientific paper
This paper discusses some non-solar effects that may contribute to the output in solar radio observation. The main non-solar causes are inaccuracy of antenna tracking, gain fluctuation of the receiver and tropospheric absorption and refraction. Analysing and estimating their effects will be very helpful in confirming the fine structure in solar radio burst.
