The dependence of the s value on the elongation of the meteor radiant from the Earth's apex and on the inclination of meteoroid orbit to the ecliptic plane have been found data obtained by radar, TV and photographic observations. All the observational methods give the minimum value of s in the apex and the maximum in the elongation range from 90 deg to 150 deg. The s value has a minimum within the inclination band 50 deg-70 deg and a maxima for the orbits near the ecliptic plane (s = 2.6-2.8 for i is less than 15 deg and s = 4.5-5.6 for i is greater than 170 deg). Sporadic meteor radiant distributions have a symmetry relative to the plane passing through the Earth's apex, ecliptic pole and antapex. It has also been shown that we can expect the symmetry of the one-year-averaged sporadic meteor radiant distributions relative to the ecliptic plane. The meteoroid velocity distributions depend on the elongation angle of a radiant from the Earth's apex only.
