Results are presented on solar radiance observations carried out using the Phobos IFIR instrument. Particular attention is given to time variations of the power spectrum of 5-min solar brightness oscillations. It is found that, in general, the lines are generated inhomogeneously in the spectrum. Each of the frequencies is excited separately at a definite time interval. The minimal duration of active phases does not exceed 3 hrs.
