The development and emissions of the weak proton flare of May 13, 1981, with gamma emission, are treated comprehensively. The emissions in H-alpha, H-beta, X-rays and radio are compared in connection with the changes in the derived field of radial velocities in the active region with the flare. The existence of ascending motions was proved particularly in the space near the flare, where a small flare channel had formed. The main energy emission and particle acceleration took place between 04.12 and 04.22 UT, with the main phase on 04.16; after correction on light, between 04.04 and 04.14 UT.
