This paper analyses statistically the active regions producing high energy events. The results are as follows. (1) These regions locate relatively in some longitude zones (active longitudes) and these active longitudes drift. (2) The distribution of these active regions in Northern and Southern hemispheres exhibit an alternate change. (3) Smaller regions also can produce the events of high energy, especially those in complex. (4) The magnetic structure of active regions plays an important role in production of high energy events.
