The time and spatial characteristics of sunspots are studied for 324 great sunspots, selected from the Abastumani Astrophysical Observatory photoheliograms collected during 1950-1990. The variation of angular velocities of sunspot motion along the solar disk and the rotation oscillations of plasma in sunspots are determined. Possible existence of North-South asymmetry in sunspots, solar rotation and connected with a magnetic (Hale) cycle of solar activity, is confirmed. This asymmetry was also noticed earlier at Abastumani in 1989. The main result of sunspot rotational oscillation study is that amplitudes and periods for individual sunspots well correlate with solar activity cycle. Near the epochs of the activity maximum there appear sunspots with great amplitudes and periods for both hemispheres of the Sun.
