Nonlinear solutions, describing solitary vortices in a stellar subsystem
of a galactic disk are obtained on the framework of collisionless
stellar hydrodynamics approximation. It is shown that vortices
perturbing the stellar density may exist both in rigidly rotating and in
weakly differentially rotating stellar disks.
