Magnetohydrodynamic turbulence of the solar wind in the range of heliocentric distances 2R_sun; < R ⪉ 10R_sun; is considered. Kinetic equations for the spectra of Alfvén, magnetosonic and slow magnetosonic waves are obtained and quasistationary solutions are found. The main theoretical conclusions are in good agreement with the data obtained in radio occultation experiments. Changes of the turbulence character in the transition to the region of constant solar wind velocity are discussed.
