The magnetic field models are crucial for many space weather applications. Yet the latest Tsyganenko model T04s [Tsyganenko and Sitnov,2005] requires 5-minute solar wind data that is not always available. We show that the hourly data from OMNIWEB can be used to calculate with sufficient accuracy the W parameters used in T04s model. We also present a system to interpolate the solar wind parameters across data gaps and to evaluate W parameters in these gaps. In this case, the resulting model input parameters are reasonable, thought not necessarily accurate values. We have created a database with solar wind parameters, G parameters and W parameters from 1963 to Sept 2005, which is sufficient for use in all the Tsyganenko models: T89 [Tsyganenko, 1989], T96 [Tsyganenko, 1996], T01[Tsyganenko, 2002ab], T01s [Tsyganenko et al., 2003], T04s.
