In this paper we present improved results of 3D deconvolution of the TY Pyx LEIT light curve, taking into account the effect of `halo' emission. The results obtained indicate that the bulk of plasma is between the two stars. The spatial distribution of the emission suggests the presence of the loop structure interconnecting the stars, as was argued in the previous paper by Siarkowski, Sylwester & Pres. We have modelled the physical conditions in this loop using the hydrostatic coronal loop model presented by Vesecky, Antiochos & Underwood. The brightness distribution along this interconnecting structure can be interpreted by loop models with 12
