We request observations of the SNR surrounding SN1987A at 32 GHz to complement our Chandra HRC observation (Gaensler et al.) scheduled for April/May 2008, and to continue our program of imaging and monitoring the SNR at ATCA wavebands. HST and Chandra imaging show increasing interaction of ejecta with circumstellar material. Deceleration of the shock front is suspected. ATCA 20 GHz data reveal that particle acceleration appears to be confined to a toroidal reverse shock. We wish to follow the development of the radio emission as further interaction takes place and to examine the surrounding ISM.
