The self-similar energy spectra of whistler and nonmagnetized ion-acoustic wave turbulence in a low-pressure magnetoplasma are determined on the basis of the frequency dependences of the probabilities of possible decay processes. A comparison with experimental data shows that the solar-wind turbulence in the wavenumber range from omega(pi)/c to omega(pe)/c, where omega(pi) is the ion plasma frequency, omega(pe) is the electron plasma frequency, and c is the speed of light, is connected mainly with whistlers; a major role here is played by waves propagating quasi-transversely with respect to the regular magnetic field.
