Structures of two small planitiae on the southern side of Fortuna Tessera on Venus are studied using Venera 15 and 16 radar images. Statistics are presented on the structures on Allat Planitia, including wrinkle ridge-like formations, dome ridges, Allat Dorsa, ridge islets, and the ridge-groove system. The Allat en echelon lineament zone and mobile transformation zone on the northern side of Allat Planitia are examined. It is found that the Allat planitia area defines a crustal block or a plate that has been pushed from the south and southeast against the Fortuna Tessera highland.
