The problem of dispersion of an energetic electron stream in a turbulent space plasma without magnetic field is considered. The basis of calculation is a self-consistent system of quasi-linear equations, which take into account non-one-dimensional diffusion in velocity space. It is shown that for a rather dense electron cloud, the particle distribution function is nearly isotropic. Solutions for the electron distribution function and for the spectral density of plasma wave turbulence are found. These results were compared with the solution for the case of a constant level of plasma turbulence.
