We report our simultaneous radio, millimeter, infrared, X-ray, and gamma-ray observations of GRS 1758-258 made in August, 1997. The observations were made with the following detectors: X-ray and gamma-ray with OSSE on CGRO and HEXTE and PCA on RXTE, infrared with the IRTF and ESO, millimeter with SEST, and radio with VLA. The X-ray and gamma-ray spectrum (4 keV - 1 MeV) shows GRS 1758-258 in its hard state. The spectrum is well fitted with simple power law times exponential (PLE) with a power law index of 1.588+/-0.003 and a cutoff energy of 174.0+/-6.0 keV. Light curves in X-ray and gamma-ray show that GRS 1758-258 is stable during the observation period. The radio data suggest some variability, but the source is faint. The power spectra are similar to that of previous observations (Smith et al, 1998): flat-topped noise, breaking into a power law around 0.1 Hz.
