In December 1991 we conducted a large, multi-wavelength observing campaign to study the chromospheric and coronal structure of AR Lacertae (HD 210334). We acquired data simultaneously from the HST, ROSAT, IUE spacecrafts in conjunction with observations at the VLA, Penn State/BMO, OHP (France), and the NSO McMath. We report specifically on the IUE and HST observations. A series of 54 high-dispersion LWP and 54 low-dispersion SWP spectra were obtained with IUE over the course of two successive orbital cycles of AR Lac (28--31 December). The HST (and ROSAT) observations were obtained in 8 equally-spaced ``windows'' during the second orbital cycle (30--31 December). With the GHRS, we aquired spectra of the Mg II h and k lines---with comparable resolution but much better s/n than our IUE spectra of the same lines---and medium-resolution spectra of the C IV (1550 Angstroms)\ lines. We present a comparison of the observed Mg II profiles with each other and with profiles of the Ca II H and K lines, obtained with the stellar spectrograph at the McMath telescope.
