It will be shown that NGC206 is not responsible for spiral arm structure in the stellar disk in its immediate vicinity. However, it is quite likely that NGC206 does play a decisive role in the nearby dust lanes. Simulations of the stellar disk, gaseous disk, and both disks simultaneously will be presented. Parameters varied in the simulations include velocity dispersion, rotation velocity, mass of NGC206, halo-to-disk ratio, and elasticity of gaseous collisions. It is promising that results from individual simulations of the gaseous and stellar disks agree with simulations accounting for both.
