Monte Carlo simulation has been used to study potential of atmospheric cherenkov technique to separate gamma ray initiated shower from those generated by hadronic components. Simulation has done with CORSIKA code in Tev energies and average lateral distributions of cherenkov photon density on observation level has computed for more than 600 showers. Existence of a hump in gamma ray type, also its location and energy dependence has been studied.
