The authors have carried out simulation of the evolution of the pulsars by tracing the motion of the pulsars in the Galaxy and assuming various decay models for the magnetic field. Then they have searched the best-fit parameters for the initial value of period, magnetic field, and their standard deviations by comparing the result of the simulation with the observed data of pulsars.
