Observations in the UBV system are reported for the Be star 28 Cyg. The short-period variability initially reported in 1976 has apparently increased in amplitude and in July 1978 a 0d.7 periodicity was detected during four days of observations. It is speculated that this quasi-periodic behavior may be related to the axial rotation of the star.
