Exact solutions of the semiclassical Einstein equations with cosmological constant for conformally invariant free quantum fields in a spatially flat Robertson-Walker metric are found when a classical perfect fluid is present. The stability of the asymptotically Friedmann-de Sitter solutions is studied. The former are found to be stable if alpha is less than 0, while the stability of the latter depends of the signs of alpha, beta, and Lambda.
