We present results of our seismological analysis of the ZZ Ceti white dwarfs L 19--2 and GD 165. These two hydrogen atmosphere white dwarfs have similar period distributions, and we start by assuming this means they have a similar internal structure. The multiplet structure of L 19--2 allows us to say that the 118, 192, and 350 s modes are probably l =1, while the 113 and 143 s modes are l =2. This suggests that the hydrogen layer mass is near 10(-4}M_{star ) , and by extension, this is the most likely hydrogen layer mass for GD 165. We then use the spectroscopically determined masses of 0.74Msun for L 19--2 and 0.65Msun for GD 165 to further constrain their internal structure and test our hypothesis of similar internal structure. Finally, we remove the spectroscopic mass constraint to find out how well determined the internal structure and stellar mass determinations are for these two stars.
