It is known that the seismicity connected with tectonic activity are resulted by dynamic influence of gravity sources (the Sun, Moon and others). Maximal earthquake activity occurs around the times of new and full moons, typically lagging by 0-3 days. At the same time the Earth, Sun and Moon are arranged in the vicinity of straight line and bring to strongest stress in the Earth's crust state. The critical stresses have been reached in this case as the load duration is sufficiently length. The risk seismic hazard is to be increase if the time of stretch is prolongated as for earthquake 26 December 2004 yr.
