Identifications and photometric flux densities in all available wavelengths for 545 (among 1000) ADF-S sources brighter than 30.1mJy in the AKARI WIDE-S (90um) band are presented. All 545 sources for which a counterpart in the 40" radius on the sky has been found in the public databases are listed. The serial ADF-S number, ADF-S coordinates and fluxes in four far-infrared (FIR) AKARI bands (65, 90, 140 and 160um), as well as a name, coordinates and available photometric data for the nearest identified counterpart are given for each source.
