We have used the Baker Observatory 16 inch Cassegrain telescope in southwest Missouri to monitor selected cataclysmic variable stars (CVs), obtaining broadband BVRI photometry of the CVs and also of stars within the same 5 arcmin by 5 arcmin CCD field of view. Most of the CVs in our program are AM Her stars ("polars"), VY Scl stars, and UX UMa stars for which no precision photometry of nearby secondary standard stars has previously been published.
