We give a construction of cyclic cocycles representing the equivariant
characteristic classes of equivariant bundles.
Our formulas generalize Connes' Godbillon-Vey cyclic cocycle. An essential
tool of our construction is Connes-Moscovici's theory of cyclic cohomology of
Hopf algebras.
