The fourth list of objects in the Second Byurakan spectral sky survey covering the 4 deg x 4 deg field centered on alpha = 12 h 22 m and delta = +55 deg 00 arc-min is presented. The information given on the 106 objects includes the serial number, the survey designation, the equatorial coordinates for the 1950.0 equinox, the angular dimensions in seconds of arc, visual estimates of the brightness in blue light, and the survey type in accordance with a previously developed two-dimensional classification. Spectral and morphological features of the objects are given on the basis of both the low-dispersions spectral photographs and Palomar Sky Survey charts. In a number of a cases, approximate values of the redshift are given for emission galaxies. A list of 12 blue stars found in the same field is given according to type. The existence of weak Seyfert features is suspected for three objects. There are two objects exhibiting a close binary nature.
