The characteristics of wavelike traveling ionospheric disturbances are investigated using Doppler and angle measurements over a short path. Seasonal and diurnal variations werre observed in the probability of occurrence, intensity, and direction of the disturbances, revealing a connection with the spatial and temnporal parameters of the solar terminator.
