Preliminary results are presented from a study of voids 1042-00 and
1306+34, using plates taken with a 3.5-m telescope, where about 550 and
150 galaxies, respectively, have been detected. It is judged on this
basis that the 'voids' are in fact well-populated with faint galaxies.
