We request WIYN Hydra observations of A and F stars in the young cluster IC 4665 to look for transient Ca II absorption due to falling evaporative bodies (FEB's, aka comets). Such absorption has been detected in (beta) Pic and other young stars with dusty disks. Our observations of IC 4665 should place strong constraints on the timescale of planet formation and subsequent evolution of planetesimals in the disk. If we fail to detect FEB's in this young cluster then planet formation and orbital migration must take place at ages less than the age of this cluster (few times 10^7 years).
