We investigated an X-ray selected sample of galaxy clusters in terms of their interactions with the large-scale structure filaments. The analysis was based on the X-ray observations performed by the XMM-Newton satellite over the last 10 years. Nine clusters in the sample of forty show excess emission in the direction of the cosmic web filaments. Since the excess emission is present within the cluster virial radius, we suggest that it is an evidence of the gas moving towards the cluster along the primordial filament.
