The RAVE Survey has observed spectra for over a quarter-million bright (I < 12) stars in the Southern Hemisphere, deriving stellar parameters for a large fraction. We have isolated a sample of nearly 500 stars that have [Fe/H] < -2. We have inspected the RAVE spectra to classify these stars better and have follow-up high-resolution spectra of a sizable sub-sample, confirming their low metallicity. We have created a catalog of the best candidates for further observations. Of the candidates, we have found two Li-rich giants, a C-rich giant, and one r-process enhanced star for which we have derived an age from radioactive elements.
