We present a search for the NuMu-->NuTau oscillation in the NOMAD
detector. Criteria for establishing a signal are emphasized. A stringent
limit is imposed upon the oscillation parameter. It is the most
sensitive search for NuMu-->NuTau oscillation in high delta-m**2
region.
