The spectrum of the dipole anisotropy of the line emission, caused by the motion of earth with respect to the cosmological lines emitted by distant matter, is studied. Examples of both the line emission intensity and the dipole spectra are presented. It is shown that this differential method efficiently extracts the line signal from the local background, thus providing a new cosmological observational tool. This method can be used in the satellite infrared spectrometers which will be flown in the next 10 yr (ISO, COBE, etc).
