We use Sloan Digital Sky Survey scans of M31 to study its globular cluster (GC) system and look for previously unknown clusters. For previously known clusters, we construct an updated catalog of GCs with homogeneous SDSS photometry. We compare the integrated colors to those produced by population synthesis models and examine metallicity and color substructure in the M31 GC system. Using the distribution of known GCs in multi-dimensional parameter space (photometric and structural), we select new GC candidates from objects that have similar observed properties. We have spectroscopically confirmed that four of these candidates are globular clusters in M31; two of them are among the most distant known M31 globulars. Our preliminary analysis of the new SDSS outer GCs shows that they are similar in structure, color, and appearance to known inner GCs.
