We report CCD photometry and spectroscopy during 2006 outburst of dwarf nova, SDSS J102146.44+234926.3. The obtained light curves unambiguously showed double-peaked superhumps with a period of Psh = 0.05633 ± 0.00003d and amplitude of 0.1m. The most recent explanation of a double-humped light curve lies in a formation of two-armed precessional spiral density wave in the accretion disk (Osaki, 2003; Bisikalo, 2006). The applied O-C analysis didn't reveal Psh changes, reached 3-sigma level. A rapid brightening with rate of 0.13m per hour was detected on JD 2454067.61 that most probably was the early beginning of the echo-outburst. Rebrightening phase lasted at least 8 days and could be classified as “type-A” echo-outburst according to classification system proposed by Imada et al. (2006). The photographic plates, which cover the position of the SDSS J102146.44+234926.3, from MAO and SAI plate archive were inspected for the presence of previous outbursts. None were detected. Also we present the BVRcIc photometric calibration of 52 stars in SDSS J1021' vicinity, which have V-magnitude in the range of 11m21-17m23 and could serve as a comparison stars. The large amplitude of the SDSS J1021 outburst of 7m, double-peaked superhumps with a period below the ‘period gap', rebrightening after the termination of superoutburst and rarity of outbursts allow to classify this object as WZ Sge type dwarf nova.
