Teaching and learning of circular motion and related topics are facing grave and global problems, though these topics are known for more than 300 years. The author's work shows that though Einstein's General Relativity originates in the logical incompleteness of Newton's laws of motion, that incompleteness itself has not been completely understood, as yet, tep{sathe01} and feels that this is a case of teachers' negligence.
