Understanding the dynamics of the rings is essential to our eventual understanding of their origin. Did they form recently or along with Saturn itself? We propose a series of stellar occultation observations in order to continue the dynamical investigation of Saturn's rings, at high spatial resolution, begun by the Voyager spacecraft.
