A thermodynamic model SAHA-S for solar plasma is presented. Effects of Coulomb interaction, exchange and diffraction effects, free electron degeneracy, relativistic corrections, radiation pressure contributions are taken into account. Contribution of bound states of atoms and ions is corrected in comparison with Plank-Brillouin-Larkin formula. Calculations of equation of state of solar plasma with different element composition are carried out. Contribution of various plasma effects and chemical element abundance to thermodynamic functions and in particular Γ1 is discussed.
