New narrowband spectrophotometry of S9 Phoebe and S4 Hyperion show no
compositional connection between the two objects and Iapetus. The data
imply a simple D-class asteroid-type spectrum; this reflectance spectrum
shows less increase in reflectance with increasing wavelength than the
Iapetus dark material spectrum.
