We report the discovery of a SN candidate, ROTSE3 J114340.5+485056, in unfiltered CCD images taken on March 04.19 UT at about 18.7 mag with the 0.45-m ROTSE-IIIb telescope at McDonald Observatory. The transient was detected again on March 06.21 (at mag about 18.5) and March 08.20 (mag about 18.2). The new object is located at RA = 11h43m40s.45, Dec = +48o50'56".4, which is 1.5" east and 0.4" north to the center of a faint galaxy SDSS J114340.29+485056.0 (r=21.64).
