The time dependent rotation of the FK5 system has been estimated from an analysis of the proper motion differences between ACRS, PPM catalogues, and a new version of the compiled catalogue in 185 areas of sky with galaxies north of delta = -25 deg. Corrections to the FK3 system have been determined: the luni-solar precession correction Delta P = -0.0035 +/- 0.0006 arcsec and equinoctial motion correction Delta E = -0.0011 +/- 0.0006 arcsec per year. The existence of correction Delta D = + 0.0009 +/- 0.0003 arcsec per year due to the secular change in the obliquity of ecliptic is also shown.
