Vector velocity fields of some sunspots demonstrate anomalous effects. We describe briefly the method of vector velocity field computation from the measured Doppler velocities. We bring some examples of such anomalous velocity effects observed in the lines Fe I-5253.47 and Mg I-5172.7 Å. The spatial structure of the observed phenomenon resembles a whirlpool effect.
