The structure of the rotation is complex and significant in consequence of the complex structure of solar magnetic fields. There are short-time variations as well as long-time variations of the magnetic field rotation. For investigation of the rotation of solar magnetic fields we used an extensive time series of longitudinal synoptic maps of the solar background magnetic field (SBMF), interplanetary magnetic field (IMF), solar mean magnetic field as a star (SMMF) and daily sunspot number. To study long-time variations of rotation Fourier analysis of time series was used. The spectra in the period range of 26-30 days were calculated for running window and maximum peak was located. Then the time dependence of the rotation periods of different magnetic fields were analysed. It was revealed the change of Sun's rotation regime in the middle of 20^th century. The rotation rate of solar magnetic fields increases at the close of 20^th century.
