The results of ground based observations of IRAS 17526+3253 and IRAS 20550+1656 identical to II Zw 96 are presented. Both galaxies are irregular and distorted, with clumps and jet-like appendixes. The rotation curve of IRAS 17526+3253 indicates solid body rotation of the central part of the galaxy. IRAS 20550+1656 has highly peculiar inner kinematics: the unusual shape of its rotation curve could be explained by opposite rotation of two components of a double galaxy, or by ejection of significant amount of mass from the galaxy.
