Given a collection of cluster and field galaxies' H-alpha rotation curves and I-band profiles, my task was to write a program to model the dark matter halo of said galaxies and look for trends in the disk mass-to-light ratio, halo central density, and halo core radius. The relationships of these fitted parameters between each other and between observables, such as absolute magnitude and cluster-centric distance, are examined, and the overall utility of the program in modeling galaxies is discussed.
