For each of 37 galaxies belonging to isolated pairs, the mass is determined from the rotation curve measured on a spectrogram taken with the 6-m telescope. Most of the curves are 'flat'. Pair members have rotation vectors randomly oriented relative to each other and to the orbital angular momentum. Comparison of estimates for the orbital mass against the combined rotational mass of the pair components suggests that nearly all the galaxies' mass is confined within their standard 25 m/1 sq arcsec isophote.
